Yogalates classes are held at the Uniting Church Hall at 10 Grinsell St Kotara.
Developed over the last 20 years, YogalatesTM is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, combined with the latest research into functional human movement and exercise therapy. Particular attention is paid to developing correct breathing patterns and building strength, endurance and control in the body’s core postural muscles. Enhanced awareness of the breath, pelvis and spine protects against injury and can release long held patterns of tension.
All poses and exercises can be modified to suit individual needs, which makes it a very safe and accessible practice for all ages. YogalatesTM is excellent for developing general tone and fitness, flexibility and balance while also encouraging a connection with self to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and instill inner calm and wellbeing.

~ Equipment is provided, however if you have a yoga mat, please bring it along.
