Embody Arts offers Solomon YogalatesTM classes specifically tailored to meet the needs of the stressed-out women of Newcastle (though stressed-out husbands and partners also welcome).  This intelligent fusion of the ancient wisdom of Yoga with supportive ‘core’ focus of Pilates, combined with the latest research in movement therapy, will leave you feeling stronger, more supple, revived and most importantly, more connected to yourself. Great for beginners and those with pre-existing injuries, we limit the number of students in a class so we can really focus on YOU.
